OCS retains the services of experienced and fully vetted consultants and associate consultants as needed.

Our consultants are credentialed at the Master’s and Ph.D. levels, and typically have a deepened expertise in primary and secondary research, quantitative and qualitative evaluation, and subject specialties.

Associate Consultants are credentialed at the Bachelor’s level (minimum) and are well-heeled in the logistical aspects of the work such as coordinating small events, workshops, trainings, and focus groups, documenting meetings.
