Collaboration & Relationship Development – Extensive experience implementing and successfully navigating funder collaborations. We work with funders wanting to collaborate and/or build relationships around specific issues and assist in developing the process by which the successful collaboration can occur.

Evaluation – Conducting both process and outcome evaluations for programs and initiatives.

Meeting Planning & Facilitation – Effective meetings (workshops, convenings, forums) don’t just happen; they are planned and well executed. We will help you achieve your objectives by coordinating some or all facets of your meetings.

Organizational Development – collaborating with leadership and staff to create internal systemic change and root-cause problem solving to improve productivity and/or morale through strengthening the processes by which the organization provides its services.

Program Design, Implementation & Management – Adept at developing the overall strategic direction of funding initiatives, crafting effective RFP guidelines and procedures, developing scoring rubrics based on your desired outcomes, and participating in some or all of the proposal review and selection process.

Secondary Research – Conduct local environmental scans, identify regional and national best practices, identify and analyze documents, and review relevant literature.

Technology – Specializing in implementing and coordinating technology tools to manage projects and communications within collaborations.
